After enrolling, you join a private Discord for daily stand-ups, get a 30-minute 1:1 call with Anuj every week, and every submission you ship gets a real written review within 24 hours. There are no group classes to attend — for each skill a task needs you get a curated video course, you work with AI like you would at a real job, and the hours are yours. Miss a deadline? You'll hear about it. Ghost for 5+ days? We loop in the accountability person you named at enrollment.

Each week opens with a real deliverable and a deadline - like a ticket at work. Every working day you post progress in Discord, same as a real team.
For each skill the task needs - SQL, Python, A/B testing - you get the best video course for it (most built by Anuj), and you build with AI as your pair-worker. Watch what the work demands, not a 40-hour playlist.
Your work goes into shared docs - queries, analysis, decisions - where it can be reviewed line by line, not auto-graded.
Anuj reviews every submission personally and leaves the kind of written feedback a manager would - what's wrong, why, and what good looks like.
Once a week you get a live call: unblock, go deeper on feedback, and set the next week's targets.
