◆ HOW IT WORKS

A manager, not a course.

You ship real work on real deadlines and I review every submission personally. Here's exactly how the weeks run.

◆ THE FIRST QUESTION EVERYONE ASKS

“So… live classes or recorded videos?”

Short answer: you get the videos and live time with me — but they support the work, they aren't the product. Here's exactly what we don't do, what we do instead, and why it's better for getting you hired:

✗ WE DON'TRun live classes at fixed times
✓ WE DOFor each skill a task needs (SQL, Python, A/B testing) you get a curated video course - most built by me - watched when the task needs it. Your live time is a personal weekly 30-min 1:1.
WHY BETTERNo schedule to fall behind on, no 40-hour playlist to binge. You learn exactly what this week's work needs - and your live time is 100% about you, not a seat in a 100-person batch.
✗ WE DON'THold doubt-solving sessions
✓ WE DOYou solve doubts with AI as your pair-worker - encouraged, the way real analysts work now - plus Discord and your weekly 1:1 for the hard ones.
WHY BETTERYou unblock in minutes instead of waiting days for a scheduled session - and you build the exact figure-it-out-with-AI muscle the job now demands.
✗ WE DON'TGive assignments after lectures
✓ WE DOReal tasks with real deadlines ARE the program - like tickets at a job.
WHY BETTERYou practice the job by doing the job. Nothing feels new on day one at work, and everything you ship becomes portfolio proof.
✗ WE DON'TAuto-grade or hand out marks
✓ WE DOI personally review every submission within 24 hours in writing - what's wrong, why, and what good looks like.
WHY BETTERMarks give you a number; a manager's review teaches judgment. It's the same feedback loop you'll live on at a real company.
✗ WE DON'THand you to a placement cell
✓ WE DOWe run your job hunt together - resume, LinkedIn, applications, mock interviews - until you land.
WHY BETTERYou learn the hunt process itself, not just get pushed through it once. Every future job switch is re-running a playbook you already know - placement-ready for life.

This isn't self-paced. You have a manager.

After enrolling, you join a private Discord for daily stand-ups, get a 30-minute 1:1 call with Anuj every week, and every submission you ship gets a real written review within 24 hours. There are no group classes to attend — for each skill a task needs you get a curated video course, you work with AI like you would at a real job, and the hours are yours. Miss a deadline? You'll hear about it. Ghost for 5+ days? We loop in the accountability person you named at enrollment.

Daily stand-ups in Discord
Curated video courses per skill — no live batches, fully async
Weekly 30-min 1:1 review call
24h feedback on every submission
Resume + LinkedIn rewrite help at the end
Accountability person escalation if you ghost - read how this works.
THE WEEKLY RHYTHM

How a week actually runs.

1.Get the task, stand up daily

Each week opens with a real deliverable and a deadline - like a ticket at work. Every working day you post progress in Discord, same as a real team.

2.Learn just enough

For each skill the task needs - SQL, Python, A/B testing - you get the best video course for it (most built by Anuj), and you build with AI as your pair-worker. Watch what the work demands, not a 40-hour playlist.

3.Ship in Google Docs

Your work goes into shared docs - queries, analysis, decisions - where it can be reviewed line by line, not auto-graded.

4.Written review within 24h

Anuj reviews every submission personally and leaves the kind of written feedback a manager would - what's wrong, why, and what good looks like.

5.Weekly 30-min 1:1

Once a week you get a live call: unblock, go deeper on feedback, and set the next week's targets.

INSIDE THE PROGRAM

A peek at the dataset.

A realistic e-commerce schema with messy real-world data, not a toy CSV. You'll write SQL against tables like these from day one.

WHAT A REVIEW LOOKS LIKE

Direct, specific, actionable.

Every submission gets a written review like this within 24 hours. No rubrics, no rubber-stamps - just what to fix and why.

Reviewing · Week 8 ML model
The churn model runs and the notebook is clean - good. Two things before this is portfolio-ready: 1. You're leading with 91% accuracy, but churn is ~8% of the base, so a "nobody churns" baseline already scores 92%. Report precision/recall + PR-AUC instead, and tie the threshold to the retention-campaign cost - that's the number a stakeholder actually cares about. 2. Your Lambda job pulls the full table on every run. Add an incremental filter on `updated_at` so the scheduled pipeline stays cheap as the data grows. Re-run with the honest metrics and a short "what I'd do with more time" note, then tag me when it's up.

◆ THE DEAL - IN WRITING

Do the work. I'll run your job hunt with you.

Two non-negotiables. You ship the daily work over 8 weeks. I rewrite your resume and LinkedIn with you and work the job-hunt with you using my handbook - until you land the role your track is built for.

Follow the plan seriously - daily applications, resume rewrite, mock interviews when you ask - and you'll get there. The playbook is proven, not theory.

01 · WHILE YOU'RE IN THE PROGRAM
Your side: ship the work
Daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, real, defensible artifacts. The non-negotiable.
02 · WHEN YOU FINISH
My side, part 1: the resume
I rewrite your resume and LinkedIn profile with you - line by line - using your background + the work you shipped, so recruiters open it and find you. We polish your project READMEs to match.
03 · AFTER THE PROGRAM
My side, part 2: the job
Daily application targets, my full handbook, a plan for what to post so recruiters reach out, and mock interviews on request. I don't disappear when the curriculum ends - I work the hunt with you until you land.
◆ THE JOB WE'RE AIMING AT

The roles each track is built for - the ones you’d actually want:

Product companiesHigh-growth startups+ similar tier
Handbook included·Resume rewrite·Post-program coaching
◆ THINK INVESTMENT, NOT EXPENSE

Priced as an investment, not an expense - a small fraction of your first month's pay once you're hired. Pick the track that matches the role you want and the math speaks for itself.

Placement-ready for life, not placed once.

I don't “place” you — I teach you to place yourself, and run the first hunt with you. Applications, resume, LinkedIn, mock interviews: we work my handbook together until you land. The difference shows up years later: the next time you want to switch jobs, you won't need a placement cell or a consultant — you'll already know the process, because you've run it once, properly, with someone who's sat on the other side of the hiring table.

THE HONEST TERMS
Pause anytime

Life happens. Message me in Discord and we pick up exactly where you left off.

No clock on you

One payment, access for life. The program is yours until you finish it.

No refund - said upfront

I'd rather be straight about it than hide it in fine print. The pause + lifetime access are what protect you.

◆ FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this a course?

No - it's manager-led work. There's no lecture library to binge; you get curated video courses per skill exactly when a task needs them. You ship real submissions on real deadlines, I personally review every one within 24 hours, and we talk 1:1 for 30 minutes every week. I cap how many students I take so I can actually do that.

Are there live classes or recorded sessions?

Both exist - just not the way a course does it. Recorded: for every skill a task needs (SQL, Python, A/B testing), you get a curated video course - most of them built by me - watched when the work demands it, not binged upfront. Live: a personal 30-minute 1:1 with me every week, not a group batch at a fixed time. But neither is the product. The program is the real tasks you ship and the personal review every submission gets within 24 hours.

How do I learn SQL, Python, or A/B testing here?

The way you'll use them at work, in the order the work needs them. A task lands; you watch the curated video course for exactly that skill; you build with AI as your pair-worker, like a real analyst would; you ship; my written review lands within 24 hours; the weekly 1:1 goes deeper. You never study a skill detached from a real deliverable.

Am I allowed to use ChatGPT / AI?

Required, not just allowed. Analysts who use AI well ship several times faster, and pretending otherwise would train you for a job that no longer exists. The safeguard is the review: I check that you understand every line you shipped, so AI makes you faster without making you fake.

Where does the program actually run?

In a private Discord and shared Google Docs - the same tools real teams use, not a course platform. Daily stand-ups happen in Discord, you ship your work in Docs, and my written review lands on the work itself.

Will I actually get a job?

No one can legally guarantee a job, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I commit to: when the weeks end, the hunt begins, and I work it with you - applications, resume, LinkedIn, mock interviews - until you land. The people on the Results page are real, named finishers.

What if life gets in the way?

Pause anytime - message me in Discord, take a week or two, and we pick up exactly where you left off. Access is yours for life; no clock runs out on you. The only thing that breaks the deal is going silent without a word - that's what the accountability person you name at enrollment is for.

Is there a refund?

No. I'd rather be straight about that than hide it in fine print. What protects you instead: you can pause anytime, access never expires, and you can interrogate me on WhatsApp before paying a rupee - ask anything, judge the answers, then decide.

Do you have a brochure or a detailed curriculum?

Yes - every program has a full week-by-week curriculum page: what you need to start, the skills and tools per week, and every project you'll build. It's a single shareable link that's always current, with a 'Save as PDF' button for anyone who wants a file. Find it on each program page, or ask Anuj on WhatsApp and he'll send it.

How much time does it take?

You check in daily on Discord and ship work most days - this only works if you treat it like a job, not a playlist. The exact weekly rhythm and deliverables are listed on each program's Week-by-week tab.

Pick the track that fits where you want to land — each one is built around the role at the end of it.
