Do the work - I'll get you hired

A better resume.
A job at the end of it.

That's the deal. You ship the daily work over 4-8 weeks. I personally commit to two things: a resume that gets opened, and a job - I work the post-program hunt with you using my job-hunting handbook until you land the role your track is built for.

Effort on your side is the only non-negotiable. I do the rest.

◆ WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
A job - in the track you choose
I stick with the post-program hunt - applications, reach-outs, mock interviews - until you land.
A resume + LinkedIn recruiters open
I rewrite both with you, line by line, using your background + the work you ship - tuned for the keywords recruiters search.
Real GitHub artifacts
Dashboards, pipelines, models, RAG/agent systems - depending on your track, on a realistic dataset, defensible in any interview - with READMEs we polish to top-tier so they land the moment a hiring manager clicks.
My job-hunting handbook
The same playbook that's already put graduates into product-company interviews. Free, included.

◆ WHY I CAN COMMIT TO THIS

I've hired analysts at OneCode, Saras Analytics, and Ultrahuman - and reviewed 250+ analyst resumes. I know exactly what gets a candidate into the door, and what gets them rejected on first scan.

I review every submission personally through our Discord pipeline - you'll get feedback on your work, not a rubber-stamp.

◆ THE DEAL - IN WRITING

Do the work. I'll run your job hunt with you.

Two non-negotiables. You ship the daily work over 8 weeks. I rewrite your resume and LinkedIn with you and work the job-hunt with you using my handbook - until you land an analyst role.

Follow the plan seriously - daily applications, resume rewrite, mock interviews when you ask - and you'll get there. The playbook is proven, not theory.

01 · WHILE YOU'RE IN THE PROGRAM
Your side: ship the work
Daily stand-ups, weekly 1:1s, 5 real artifacts on a real e-commerce dataset. The non-negotiable.
02 · WHEN YOU FINISH
My side, part 1: the resume
I rewrite your resume and LinkedIn profile with you - line by line - using your background + the work you shipped, so recruiters open it and find you. We polish your project READMEs to match.
03 · AFTER THE PROGRAM
My side, part 2: the job
Daily application targets, my full handbook, a plan for what to post so recruiters reach out, and mock interviews on request. I don't disappear when the curriculum ends - I work the hunt with you until you land.
◆ THE JOB WE'RE AIMING AT

Product-company analyst - not any data role, the ones you'd actually want:

◆ THINK INVESTMENT, NOT EXPENSE

Entry-level analyst pay in India now starts around ₹45,000-₹1,00,000/month. The day you get hired, this program costs about 11% of your first month's pay.

You earn ₹4,999 back in your first 3.3 days on the job.

◆ BUILT FOR YOU IF…

Same program. Different starting points.

The deal - do the work, I get you hired - is the same. The bridge from where you are today to an analyst role looks different per situation. Find yours.

FINAL-YEAR STUDENT
Placements hit in 2-3 months

Where you are: You're in 4th year. Campus placements start August-September. You have zero portfolio and every CS resume looks the same.

The bridge: This summer is the last clean 8 weeks before placement panic. You walk back to campus with 5 GitHub artifacts + a rewritten resume + a job-hunt plan. Most of your batch is still scrambling.

STUCK AT A SERVICE COMPANY
TCS/Infy/Wipro → product company

Where you are: 1-2 years in. Strong SQL. You've been applying to CRED, Razorpay, Swiggy for months. Silent rejections. Your work reads like 'ran the same query every Tuesday.'

The bridge: I rewrite your resume around the work product companies actually test for - Python, A/B test design, pipelines, applied ML. Keep your current paycheck while we do this. Switch only when you've landed the new one.

JUST GRADUATED · NO OFFER
Campus didn't land - now what?

Where you are: Graduated 3-6 months back. Your batch placed; you didn't. Off-campus applications go into a black hole. You're days away from losing the 'fresher' label.

The bridge: Full-time focus + 8 weeks = a defendable resume + the off-campus playbook. The bridge between 'last day of college' and 'first analyst job.'

WORKING PRO · SWITCHING
SDE/QA/DevOps → data analytics

Where you are: 1-3 years into an engineering role you don't want. The gap between 'current role' and 'first analyst job' feels uncrossable without a portfolio.

The bridge: Evenings + weekends are enough. Recontextualize your existing experience around analyst work - not pretending you were always a data person. Keep your current job till you land the new one.

BOOTCAMP SURVIVOR
Spent ₹2-5L. Still hunting.

Where you are: Scaler / Newton / Masai / Pesto finished 6+ months ago. Skills are fine; the projects look identical to every other grad's. Recruiters can't tell who's actually good.

The bridge: Unique e-commerce dataset (not the same Kaggle stuff every grad has) + a personally-rewritten resume. After what you've already spent, this is the thing that closes the loop.

◆ WHY OUR STUDENTS ACTUALLY FINISH

Someone's in your corner. Literally.

You're not doing this solo. Every student names one person they trust at enrollment, and we almost never have to involve them - just knowing someone's in your corner is what keeps most people going. If you do go quiet for five days, we send that one person a short, respectful check-in. Not a punishment - a nudge.

Required to activate your program · stored privately
01 · AT ENROLLMENT
You name one person
Parent, sibling, partner, manager, friend - your call. The point is someone who has standing to push you.
02 · DURING THE PROGRAM
If you go silent for 5+ days
No stand-ups, no replies, no submissions, no explanation. Pausing is fine; ghosting isn't.
03 · IF IT EVER COMES TO THAT
One respectful nudge, rarely sent
We almost never have to actually message them - just knowing the call could happen is usually enough. If we do reach out, it's a short, kind check-in, not an ultimatum.
